When you fill out a form on this site (a general enquiry, a "book a showing" request, or a home valuation request), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and information about your property or what you are looking for. If you tap our phone number, we record that a call button was clicked (no personal details). We do not use hidden tracking to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you and to provide the real estate services you asked about, for example to reach out about your enquiry, arrange a showing, or prepare a home valuation. We may contact you by phone, text or email using the details you gave us. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
We do not sell your information
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your enquiry details are used by us to help you, and are shared only where needed to do that (for example, with our brokerage where a transaction requires it, or with a service provider such as our website host or email delivery service, who are bound to protect it).
Where your information is kept
Your enquiries are stored securely in our own dashboard, hosted on our behalf by our technology provider. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect it. We keep it only as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and professional obligations, then remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the details below and we will take care of it.
Cookies
This site uses only the basic cookies needed to load pages and, where you allow it, embedded maps or media from providers like Google. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
